With a robust team of 15 experienced investment and operating professionals across Asia, our team has a unique ability to drive value in Chinese companies on both a local and global basis. We take a hands-on approach to helping our portfolio companies grow, leveraging our operational resources and global relationship network to build market-leading companies in China.

We invest up to $10 million in private, entrepreneur-owned companies that meet our thre basic investment criteria:

• Significant China Opportunity - Substantial existing operations in China and a large future growth opportunity
• Operates in one of our sectors of focus
• Opportunity to add operational and strategic value through our global resources
